WANTED: SALES & MARKETING PROFESSIONAL

Le Parfum Boutique is looking for a Sales & Marketing Professional to support our team with all kinds of marketing-related tasks associated with luxury perfume brands. In addition, as a sales assistant in the shop, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience. You will also be the face of our boutique, with the task of fragrance matchmaker! It’s up to you to introduce consumers to the world of niche perfumes and give them advice on fragrances, to find them the perfect perfume match.
As our sales & marketing assistant, you will be working on:
- updating and managing our CRM system;
- giving product advice and providing customers with the right product information;
- preparing quotations and turnover reports;
- following up webshop orders, customer service, and stock management.

You will also be supporting our marketing team with:
- organising events;
- managing various websites;
- coordinating new product launches;
- devising and implementing fun promotions to boost sales and/or create brand awareness;
- recording short and engaging videos for social media;
- writing reports for the suppliers.

We are looking for you if you:
- have a MBO or HBO working and thinking level;
- +1 year of relevant work experience within sales or marketing;
- have excellent Dutch and English communication skills. Preferably also German;
- are available 5 days a week for this position;
- are prepared to make (international) trips;
- have sufficient knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CMS systems (preferably WordPress) and design programmes (InDesign/Canva).
