CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange your purchase. It is of course possible to return your received product and place a new order.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
Your order can be returned to us free of charge within 14 calendar days. Once we have processed the package, you will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.
WHEN CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
You can return your purchase if the item:
is returned within 14 days of receipt;
the item is in its original packaging;
is undamaged;
is unused;
when the seal has not been broken for reasons of hygiene;
In the case of an order of one or multiple full-size fragrances, the orders are shipped ‘blind-buy proof’, including a sample of each ordered fragrance for the consumer to test the perfume. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the products of the order to Le Parfum Boutique with all delivered accessories (only excluding the gifted sample(s) of the ordered full-size fragrance(s) that make the order ‘blind-buy proof’) and in the original condition and packaging (unused and unopened), in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Le Parfum Boutique.
CAN I RETURN AN OPENED PRODUCT?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once the seal is broken, the product can no longer be returned (for hygiene reasons).
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Follow the following steps to place a return:
- Send an email to contact@leparfumboutique.com about your return and the reason for the return. The Le Parfum Boutique team will then get back to you shortly with the return label;
- Put the product you want to return in the box (preferably the box it was also delivered in);
- Add the receipt to the box and carefully seal it;
- Take the parcel to a ServicePoint corresponding with the return label;
- The ServicePoint will return your package to us free of charge.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult your carrier’s website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@leparfumboutique.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED AT A PICK-UP POINT
Generally, a parcel stays at the postal office for 7 days before it gets sent back. However, since this differs per country, please make sure to reach out to your local post office for the exact amount of days that your package is available for pick-up before it is returned.
If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to us. The package is then registered as “not collected” and we will charge you a fee of 50% of the shipping costs of your order. The remaining order value is refunded to you in the same way as you paid at the time of purchase.
If you don’t want the package anymore and would like to receive a full refund, you need to collect the package from the pick-up point and then return it to Le Parfum Boutique within the period stated in the return policy.
