Absolue d’Osmanthe

“Today Guilin is a large city in South China, growing at the same rate as its many houses. But once its incredible granite peaks were the only elevations. Chosen were the most delicate and fragrant of the many varieties of this small, olive-like evergreen. Absolue d’Osmanthe is a homage to China’s millennial of culture. In spring and autumn, the valley of the River Li is tinged with white, red and orange flowers and dark red fruits similar to olives.
