Luca Maffei

Italian-born perfumer Luca Maffei is the creative force behind Atelier Fragranze Milano. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the fragrance industry, Maffei's passion for scents was nurtured from a young age. He has since become an accomplished independent perfumer, working with numerous prestigious brands and garnering international recognition for his creations. Born to fragrance executive Marco Maffei, Luca was surrounded by scents from an early age. His father worked at both Symrise and International Flavors and Fragrances, exposing young Luca to lab samples and meetings with renowned perfumers like Dominique Ropion and Michel Almairac. This upbringing sparked Luca's fascination with raw materials and the mysterious alchemy of fragrance creation.
