With Jour 5 by Majouri, perfumer Cyril Roland chose to honor women by developing a woody-musky floral fragrance that immerses the wearer in the heart of the rose. An entrance of fresh and luminous rose petals underlined by a zest of lemon brightens the fragrance, while it’s heart of rose is delicately wrapped in cedar and frozen musk and brings a touch of sensuality.

Jour 5 is a vegetal rose capturing her wonderful and many facets: fresh for day, warm for evening; sharp like a prick, soft as a petal. An iconic flower in perfumery, the rose is also a Majouri heritage icon, at the heart of its name. ‘Jouri’ is Arabic for the Damask Rose, one of the world’s most storied and celebrated raw fragrance ingredients along with its European counterpoint, Rose de Grasse in France. Fascinated by this flower, French perfumer Cyrill Rolland, has crafted an ultimate red rose for its fragrance opus and this is it, expressing everything she has to offer.
