Not satisfied with your purchase? Below you will find information about your rights and our return conditions in accordance with European consumer law.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
Exchanges are not possible. If you wish to receive a different product, you may return the received item in accordance with the conditions below and place a new order.
STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement by e-mail to contact@leparfumboutique.com.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 additional days to return the goods.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw, provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The costs for returning the product from your address to Le Parfum Boutique are at your own expense. For the exact rates, please consult the website of your chosen carrier.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returned items are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
the return is initiated within 14 days of receipt;
the product is unused and undamaged;
the product is returned in its original packaging;
the hygiene seal is intact and unbroken.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded only partially.

HYGIENE AND SEALED PRODUCTS
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, sealed products (including fragrances) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
BLIND-BUY PROOF FRAGRANCE ORDERS
Orders containing one or more full-size fragrances may be shipped blind-buy proof, including sample(s) of the ordered fragrance(s).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer must return:
all full-size products;
all delivered goods, excluding the ‘blind-buy proof’ sample used to test the fragrance;
in their original, unused, unopened condition and packaging.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To return an item, follow these steps:
Notify us of your withdrawal by e-mail at contact@leparfumboutique.com;
Package the product securely, preferably in the original delivery box;
Include the receipt or proof of purchase;
Return the parcel using a carrier of your choice.
Return shipments are made at the customer’s own risk and expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
If a parcel is not collected at a pick-up point and is returned to us, it will be registered as “not collected”.
In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the incurred shipping and handling costs from the refund. The remaining amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
If you wish to receive a full refund, you must collect the parcel and return it to Le Parfum Boutique within the applicable withdrawal period and under the conditions stated above.
